Meet the founders

Before starting Flowbot Forge, our founders realized a frustrating truth about the modern economy: most everyday business owners and professionals were trapped on a hamster wheel, trading hours of repetitive tasks for pennies. Technology was moving fast, but it was leaving the community behind. We saw talented people drowning in a manual grind, running their operations through messy data silos because traditional tech vendors only offered bloated, over-complicated solutions.

To fix this, Co-CEOs Erica Downing and Calvin Arterberry built a platform rooted in real-world technical execution. Erica stepped up as the CTO of the People, combining a degree in Business Administration with formal expertise in AWS cloud architecture, data analytics, and CompTIA cybersecurity engineering. Calvin brought over 20 years of elite corporate experience leading full-stack user experience and product design for major brands like Lowe's, CVS, and Best Buy, engineering high-yield digital platforms that generated over $200 million in annual revenue.

With a deep belief that systems build legacy, we launched Flowbot Forge right here in the heart of Washington, DC.
